Wylye Valley Community Hub
We are so pleased to be able to show you an artist's impression of the Wylye Valley Community Hub. Planning consent is being sought from Wiltshire County Council and it is hoped that following discussion with them the final outcome will be much as shown below.

The development will include a Village Shop and associated facilities, parking and landscaping features.
•Landscaping will feature low-maintenance native plants, with a possibility for a community garden. The existing fence will need to be moved to accommodate the shop, which will feature a raised deck for produce display and seating, along with an outdoor area for tables and chairs.

•It will include 16 parking bays,2 of which will be designated for disabled vehicles, cycle parking and potential EV charging (pending council approval).
•Existing access and features (including existing stone wall) will be maintained.
•The play area will see the replacement of the existing equipment with new, up-to-date equipment over a period of 36 months.
